Simply repurchase using the same email address and your access will extend automatically — no need to create a new account or contact us. You'll receive a confirmation email once done.
Yes. Contact us before your current plan expires and we'll apply a credit toward the new plan so you don't lose any remaining days. Upgrading to 3 or 12 months also unlocks additional savings.
Results improve significantly when you add more context about your brand, product, and target audience in the app settings. If you've done that and it's still not good, send us a screen recording — we'll give you specific tips or fix the configuration together.
