This Privacy Policy explains how SC Egreta Events SRL collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use our website and our application. We are committed to protecting your privacy in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Romanian law.

In this policy, "we", "us", and "our" refer to SC Egreta Events SRL. "You" refers to any visitor, customer, or user.

2. SCOPE

This policy covers:
(a) the LeadVeris website at leadveris.com and the purchase of subscriptions through it ("the Website"); and
(b) the LeadVeris application — a planner and AI marketing assistant — accessible at leadveris.com and its subdomains ("the App").

3. WHAT PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

When you purchase through the Website:
- Name, email address, and billing details you provide at checkout.
- Order and transaction details (products, amounts, dates).
- Payment is processed by our e-commerce and payment providers (see Section 6). We do NOT store your full card details on our servers.

When you create and use an App account:
- Account data: your name, email address, and an encrypted (hashed) password.
- Subscription data: your plan, start/end dates, and access status.
- Content you enter: campaign details (objective, budget, audience, placements, notes), ad copy, tasks, and any images or videos you upload.
- Messages you send to the AI assistant and the analyses/plans it generates for you.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, and basic activity logs, kept for security and troubleshooting.

Cookies (see Section 7).

We do NOT request or store access to your advertising accounts (Meta, TikTok, Google). The App advises you based only on the information you choose to provide.

4. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA AND LEGAL BASES

We process your data to:
- Provide and operate the Website and the App, including creating your account and delivering the subscribed services (legal basis: performance of a contract).
- Process purchases, send your access code, and manage renewals (performance of a contract; legal obligation for accounting).
- Generate AI-powered suggestions, analyses, and plans you request (performance of a contract).
- Keep the services secure, prevent abuse, and fix problems (legitimate interest).
- Send you essential service emails (performance of a contract). We send marketing emails only with your consent.
- Comply with legal and accounting obligations (legal obligation).

5. THE AI ASSISTANT

The App uses a third-party artificial-intelligence provider (Anthropic) to generate responses. When you use the AI features, the text and information you submit (your prompts, campaign details, and any notes) are sent to that provider to produce a response, and returned to you.

- Your inputs are processed to provide the service to you and are not used by us to advertise to you.
- Please do not enter sensitive personal data (for example health, financial, or government-ID information) into the AI assistant.
- AI suggestions are informational and may contain errors; you are responsible for verifying them before acting.

6. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers ("processors") who help us run the services, under appropriate data-processing agreements:
- E-commerce and payment processing (our online store provider and its payment partners) — to process your purchase.
- Hosting and infrastructure provider — to host the App and store your data.
- AI provider (Anthropic) — to generate the assistant's responses, as described in Section 5.
- Email delivery provider — to send service emails and backups.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area (for example in the United States). Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our legal rights.

7. COOKIES

The App uses strictly necessary cookies only:
- a session cookie that keeps you logged in;
- a cookie that remembers your chosen language.
These are essential for the App to work and do not track you for advertising.

The Website (online store) may use additional cookies provided by our store platform for cart and basic analytics functions; details are available from that platform.

8. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

- Account and content data: for as long as your account exists, and for a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted on request or when no longer needed.
- Order and invoicing data: for the period required by accounting and tax law.
- Logs: for a limited period for security purposes.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 9).

9. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; correct inaccurate data; request erasure; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian Data Protection Authority (ANSPDCP), www.dataprotection.ro.

10. SECURITY

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypted passwords, encrypted (HTTPS) connections, access controls, and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

11. CHILDREN

The services are intended for users aged 18 and over and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version. Significant changes will be communicated where appropriate.
